What warranty do Dhuku:’s products have?
Dhuku:’s products, mostly like ceramics, candles, or baskets don’t come with a warranty. Hence, please make inquiries about the product before using them.
Are all products made in Nepal?
Yes, all items available in our handicraft store are made in Nepal. They are produced locally by our sisters from various organizations and marginalized communities. They arrive at our store from different parts of Nepal.
Do you take customizable orders?
Yes, we do take customizable orders for handmade items. For instance, items made from natural fiber, cushion covers, macramé products, sketches and frames, gift boxes, and many more can be customizable. In order to customise these products please reach us out on our instagram or facebook page
What options do you have for gift items?
We have plenty of options to choose from for gift items for various occasions. The gift ideas are suitable for all. We also provide our Dhuku: gift box for presentable gifts.
How can we order online?
Simply add the items to your cart that you would like to purchase, and proceed to the checkout page. Once the checkout screen appears, your total with shipping charges will be displayed.
Do you deliver outside Nepal?
Yes, we deliver all over Nepal. It takes a minimum of 5-7 days or depending on your country’s location for your order to arrive. We also make urgent deliveries but charges will be applied.
